With the help of the module Individual Health Management, students acquire knowledge, abilities and skills which, through their own experience, enable them to maintain a health-promoting and preventive lifestyle in their lives and to enable other people to adopt such a lifestyle, i.e. to know and be able to reflect the scientific principles of the IGM (salutogenesis vs Pathogenesis; adaptation physiology with health and disease model, basic physiological functions of physical health; basic psycho-cognitive competencies of mental health, chronophysiology); but also know and be able to reflect the general basis of health promotion and prevention, scientifically, politically and socio-politically.
