Hi, I’m Sabina, 20 years old and a bachelor’s student in my third semester. Do you have any questions about student life and the Bachelor Environmental Engineering programme? I would be happy to share my experience with you and give you an insight into life as a DIT student. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Why did I choose this study program?
I chose to study Environmental Engineering because I am interested in environmental issues. I want to combine this interest with technology to develop innovative and eco-friendly solutions in engineering.
My personal tip to you:
Stay curious, engage with your professors and classmates, and take every opportunity to participate in as many university events as possible—it’s the best way to learn and grow. Prepare both before and after lectures to stay on top of the material, and don’t hesitate to ask your professors questions to clarify any doubts.
That's what I particularly like about my course of studies:
I like my course of studies because of the variety of subjects. Even though some are challenging, we work on interesting projects like technical drawings and current topics in renewable energy, and the teachers are very skilled.
That is why you should study at the DIT/ECRI:
The campus has a supportive and international environment where students from all over the world come together. The university also provides excellent resources and modern facilities to help you succeed.
That's why you should study this course of studies:
Environmental Engineering is a great choice if you want to be part of the solution to global challenges like climate change and pollution, offering many future career opportunities.
