The extra-occupational Master's degree course in Vocational Education - Health and Nursing provides graduates with a scientifically sound qualification for teaching, development and management tasks in educational institutions in the health sector.
I would recommend the programme to anyone who has a degree plus a certain amount of professional experience behind them and is planning to take the path of a manager in the future. This MBA is also the right programme for anyone who already has some experience in a management role and wants to develop personally and professionally.

Application Master Vocational Education - Health and Care
Please apply with the following documents in our online portal Primuss:
Kathrin Altmann, First semester student of the Master's programme Vocational Pedagogy - Health and Care:
I chose the Master's degree in Vocational Pedagogy - Health and Care at DIT because I already studied Nursing Pedagogy at this university. I got to know DIT as a modern, future-oriented and above all personal university. As a students I am not an anonymous matriculation number for lecturers and employees in seminar management, but a human being.
Since the lectures take place every 14 days on Friday afternoons and full-time on Saturday, I can combine my studies and my job very well. I especially appreciate being able to apply contents from my studies in my work practice. Conversely, my work experience helps me in my studies. For me, the Master's programme is characterised by a high degree of practical orientation, as well as the encounter at eye level with the lecturers.
Anyone considering enrolling for the Master's degree in Vocational Pedagogy - Health and Care can look forward to getting to know each other and to interesting exchanges with fellow students from a similar professional field. At the same time, you have to be aware that your free time will be less and your time at your desk more.
