You are responsible for coordinating and managing challenging construction projects. You know the status of things at all times and ensure the progress and success of the project with your decisions. This involves setting priorities or initiating countermeasures.

Your tasks may begin with the tendering and awarding of planning services and extend throughout the entire construction period. You negotiate with external specialist planners or service providers and manage their involvement in the project. You always keep an eye on the project's finances. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the project and will sign off the planning results and construction work at the end. Responsibility for your own staff can also be part of your job.
