• Start looking early as flat vacancies are often posted 3 months ahead of move-in date
• Have a look on flat rental websites and social media. Use hashtags like Wohnungen, WG or WG-Zimmer, and the town where you are going to study
• Check whether your intended study programme is based in Deggendorf, Pfarrkirchen or Cham and specify your search to the town where your studies are located
• Be aware that every household in Germany has to pay the TV and radio licence fee
