- Open to students from the HEROES Alliance only, but to all courses and degree levels
- Only 15 students will be accepted

- Participation of the complete programme, full travel costs, accommodation at a hotel including breakfast (from 28 July – 2 August 2025), food and beverages during coffee breaks, lunch (except the last day)
- Bus trip to Vilshofen and Passau
- Dinner is not covered, nor are any additional requirements apart from the above-mentioned
