“The implementation of AI solutions in healthcare” is based on the academic publications “The economic impact of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare” (Journal of Medical Internet Research) and “Success Factors for an increased implementation of Artificial Intelligence” (Frontiers in Digital Health) as well as a real world case of AI implementation for Diabetes patients in Germany. A specific focus is laid on the AI implementation success factors, (1) policy setting, (2) technological implementation, and (3) medical and economic impact measurement.
